These terms apply to staydham.com and all STAYDHAM products, including those on staydham.com subdomains. STAYDHAM is a Udyam registered micro enterprise (UDYAM-UP-54-0122237) based in Vrindavan, Uttar Pradesh, India. By using our website or products, you agree to these terms.

Our services

We provide web-based software for businesses, such as patient queue management, restaurant ordering and hotel management. Features and prices for each product are shared with you before you subscribe.

Accounts

  • You must give correct business and contact details when you sign up.
  • You are responsible for the staff accounts you create and for keeping passwords safe.
  • Tell us straight away if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.

Payments and trials

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance for the period you choose.
  • Free trials end automatically. We will not charge you unless you choose to subscribe.
  • If a payment is missed, we may pause the service until it is paid.
  • Fees already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires it or we agree in writing.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use our products to:

  • Send spam or messages to people who have not agreed to receive them
  • Break any law, including WhatsApp's and Meta's policies for business messaging
  • Upload harmful code or try to access other customers' data

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your data

You own the data you enter into our products. We handle it as described in our privacy policy. You are responsible for having permission to collect and store your own customers' data.

Availability

We work to keep our products running at all times, but we cannot promise they will never be interrupted. We may carry out maintenance, and we will try to do it outside business hours.

Limitation of liability

Our products are tools to help run your business. We are not responsible for medical, business or financial decisions made using them. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. The service continues until the end of the paid period. You can ask us to export or delete your data when you cancel.

Changes

We may update these terms. If the changes are significant, we will inform you before they apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled by the courts in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh.
